Job summary

FosterThomas is seeking an HR Implementation Consultant to lead global HCM implementations (ADP Lyric/GlobalView and similar). You will translate business needs into scalable, compliant HR solutions, collaborate with clients and vendors, and help standardize processes across regions while respecting local requirements.

You’ll drive data harmonization, configuration support, and testing, while maintaining data integrity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or information systems or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in HRIS or HCM implementations.
• Strong Excel skills with complex formulas and reporting.
• Experience documenting current- and future-state processes and SOPs.
• Understanding of HR data structures, governance, and privacy concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support complex HCM implementation initiatives using Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile methodologies.
• Coordinate milestones, risks, and deliverables with the FosterThomas team.
• Assist in data harmonization, migration readiness, and configuration support.
• Document scalable HR service delivery models and future-state workflows.
• Provide weekly status updates and dashboards for clients and leadership.
• Manage dependencies, change impacts, and escalation to minimize disruption.
• Act as liaison between ADP, clients, internal teams, and third parties.
• Contribute to SOPs, governance models, and best practices.
