Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a Remote Payroll Coordinator in Dublin, CA, to manage final pay processing for non-exempt store associates and handle off-cycle payments with accuracy and compliance.

You will work under supervision to stay current on payroll regulations, assist with audits, and support improvement initiatives. This role offers remote hours, Monday–Friday, with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of payroll experience.
• Must maintain strict confidentiality for payroll and personnel records.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft is a plus.
• Strong Excel and overall Microsoft Office skills.

Responsabilités

• Process daily payroll inquiries to identify terminating associates.
• Ensure timely issuance of termination, adjustment, or retroactive pay per state rules.
• Review and process off-cycle payments for accuracy and compliance.
• Fund off-cycle pay cards and related funding via ADP Smart Compliance site.
• Respond to associate and manager inquiries regarding final pay and off-cycle payments.
• Assist with special projects as directed by Payroll Supervisor/Manager.
• Keep current knowledge of payroll regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Support payroll audits and reconciliation when needed.
• Contribute to process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
