• Proficiency in spreadsheet programs (Excel) and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process semi-monthly payrolls for hourly and salaried staff.
• Enter and maintain HRIS data and employee records.
• Generate reconciled payroll reports and related statements.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and manage verifications of employment.
• Enter payroll invoices and assist with year-end processes.
