Job summary

Asset Protection & Security Services, LP, seeks an experienced Payroll Supervisor to manage high-volume payroll for hundreds of employees across a distributed or remote workforce. The role covers accurate time entry, tax withholdings, and compliance with federal/state labor standards.

Workweek is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with overtime as needed to complete tasks. In this corporate office capacity, you will serve as the primary payroll contact, prepare and distribute W-2s, audit runs, protect

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-volume payroll experience or a related degree.
• Knowledge of multi-state federal/state payroll tax laws.
• Experience with payroll software (Proliant, QuickBooks)

Responsibilities

• Process and administer high-volume payroll for hundreds of multi-state employees bi-weekly.
• Monitor and apply changing federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Enter and update hours, earnings, deductions, and tax withholdings accurately.
• Serve as the primary corporate contact for payroll questions, discrepancies, and tax forms.
• Prepare and distribute W-2s and other required tax documents.
• Maintain and update employee payroll files for personnel or status changes.
• Audit payroll runs regularly and correct discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and client data.
