CoreMedical Group is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to accurately process payroll for clinicians and provide excellent customer service. You will collaborate with the Payroll Manager and Finance team to ensure timely, compliant payroll operations.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while supporting multiple departments. Remote/hybrid work options are available in this role.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Payroll experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of payroll concepts beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Process weekly timesheets and mileage reimbursement forms.
• Review and process payroll accurately and on time.
• Ensure proper processing of payroll deductions for taxes, benefits, and other contributions.
• Maintain accurate clinician information across payroll systems.
• Process manual checks and prepare paperwork for ACH transfers, wires, and GCC loads.
• Communicate with clinicians regarding timesheet requirements and documentation.
• Respond to payroll inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and tax laws.
