Qualifications

• Must have lived or worked in the United States.
• Experience in accounting support, payroll coordination, or related function.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage deadlines and review large data volumes.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the payroll process from data collection to reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate payroll information including time and attendance, pay changes, bonuses, reimbursements, deductions.
• Follow up with supervisors to obtain complete and approved payroll data before deadlines.
• Submit payroll information to the third-party provider and coordinate throughout cycles.
• Review reports to identify missing or erroneous data and correct as needed.
• Reconcile completed payroll against source data and provider reports.
• Respond to payroll-related questions and support payroll accounting and reporting.
