We are seeking a Senior Payroll Lead to act as the subject matter expert for local payroll processes and Dutch legislation, while steering global payroll implementations from inception to live payroll.

You will develop detailed plans, timelines, and documentation, collaborating across a fully remote, global team.

Qualifications

• Extensive payroll experience, expert knowledge of Dutch legislation.
• Proven experience leading implementations in international environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
