Option Care Health is seeking a Payroll Analyst to support remote payroll operations for a large, multi-entity workforce. The role focuses on audits, policy interpretation, and timely response to payroll questions from the field.

The analyst will assist in bi-weekly payroll processing and special projects while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with state and federal guidelines. Strong MS Office and data analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 3 years payroll processing experience for many employees.
• Experience handling payroll with multi-entity and large workforce (5,000+).
• Strong knowledge of payroll taxes, garnishments, and compliance.
• Customer service experience addressing payroll questions from field.

Responsabilités

• Perform internal audits of payroll and related areas.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely task completion.
• Respond to complex payroll policy inquiries and authorize exceptions within limits.
• Develop new payroll procedures and coordinate policy updates.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and drive process improvements.
