Option Care Health, the nation's largest home infusion provider, is seeking a payroll operations professional to audit payroll processes and streamline daily workflows. You will serve as SME, guide the payroll team, and handle field inquiries with timely, confidential service.

Responsibilities include bi-weekly payroll processing support, policy research, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure accuracy and compliance across multiple entities with 5,000+ employees.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree or CPP/FPC certification preferred.
• Experience with payroll processing for 5,000+ employees and multiple entities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform internal payroll audits across multiple areas (Payroll, HR-OPS, Benefits).
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Respond to complex payroll questions from the field with guidance and timely answers.
• Assist in bi-weekly payroll processing and special projects as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of all material handled.
