Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Analyst to support remote payroll operations across multiple sites. You will perform internal audits, address payroll inquiries from the field, and assist in bi-weekly processing while upholding confidentiality and deadlines.

The role emphasizes customer service, knowledge of payroll regulations, and collaboration with outside vendors. A high school diploma is required, with preferred associates degree and CPP/FPC credentials.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of payroll principles, practices, regulations and procedures.
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers.
• Experience communicating both verbally and in writing to various audiences.
• Prior experience with outside vendors.
• Experience using time management skills and meeting deadlines across multiple projects.
• Experience with payroll processing and basic data entry across multiple entities.

Responsibilities

• Perform internal audits of Payroll, HR-OPS and Benefits.
• Work with vendors to ensure tasks are completed accurately and timely.
• Analyze complex payroll matters and authorize exceptions within defined limits.
• Develop and update procedures related to payroll operations and update manuals.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and lead process-improvement initiatives.
• Research payroll, Benefits and HR issues and advise management.
• Interpret complex technical information in response to inquiries.
• Complete tasks with minimal supervision and escalate when necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external parties.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and State/Federal guidelines.
