Responsibilities

• Process standard and non-standard payroll runs for assigned populations, managing timekeeping, deductions, garnishments.
• Perform payroll reconciliations and audits before and after each pay cycle; resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and coordinate changes with HR/Benefits on hires, terminations, and updates.
• Respond to moderately complex employee inquiries on pay, taxes, and deductions with timely resolution.
• Support quarterly and year-end payroll compliance activities including tax filings and W-2 preparation.
