Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking a payroll professional to develop audits, streamline processes, and support bi-weekly payroll and special projects.

You will serve as a subject matter expert, answering field questions and ensuring timely, accurate processing with strict confidentiality. You will collaborate with HR-OPS, Benefits, and external vendors, coordinating policy changes, and researching complex payroll questions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in payroll processing for multi-entity setups (5,000+ employees).
• Experience with benefits/HRIS and payroll policies; attention to confidentiality.
• Strong written and verbal communication; customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Perform internal audits of Payroll, HR-OPS and Benefits departments.
• Collaborate with vendors to complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Analyze complex payroll issues; authorize exceptions within policy limits.
• Develop new procedures for payroll operations and update manuals.
• Conduct root-cause analyses and lead process-improvement projects.
• Provide guidance to coworkers and management on payroll/benefits questions.
