Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking a payroll specialist to develop audits, analyze processes, and streamline daily payroll operations. You will serve as a subject matter expert, guiding the payroll team and ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities include bi-weekly payroll processing, answering payroll questions from the field, maintaining confidentiality, and partnering with HR and finance to improve efficiencies while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and experience in payroll processing with multiple entities.
• 3+ years of payroll experience; 5,000+ employees total population may be required.
• Knowledge of payroll principles, taxes, garnishments and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform internal audits of Payroll, HR-OPS and Benefits.
• Work with vendors to ensure tasks are completed accurately and timely.
• Analyze complex payroll matters and authorize policy exceptions within limits.
• Develop new procedures and coordinate policy updates within payroll system.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and drive process improvements.
