Job summary

ENG BIM Company LLC is seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage payroll data integrity, ensure accurate processing, and support onboarding/offboarding for employees and contractors. You will coordinate with external providers for union payroll information and maintain compliant payroll records.

You will analyze payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and generate reports for Finance, Accounting, and FP&A while handling confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll administration, payroll analysis, accounting, or finance.
• Advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills.
• Experience with payroll software and HR systems.
• Advanced English proficiency (written, spoken, and reading).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of payroll data and payroll novelties.
• Review and validate payroll information before processing deadlines.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and independent contractors.
• Prepare and submit union payroll information to external providers.
• Maintain payroll documentation in accordance with legal and tax regulations.
• Identify and elevate payroll discrepancies and compliance risks.
• Prepare payroll-related reports for Finance, Accounting, and FP&A.
• Respond to payroll inquiries from staff and contractors.
• Support audits by providing necessary payroll records and reports.
