DBM Global Inc. is seeking a Payroll Analyst to provide hands-on payroll expertise, focusing on union reporting, payroll tax research, and audit support. The role involves collaboration with payroll, HR, and accounting to ensure accurate, compliant processing and documentation.

The candidate will handle wage and hour deductions, prepare required reports, and assist with quarterly and year-end close while maintaining strict confidentiality of employee data in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of payroll experience.
• Experience with union payroll processing or reporting preferred.
• CPP or FPC certification preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of payroll practices, regulations, and compliance requirements at multiple levels.

Responsabilités

• Handle union payroll activities including setup, deductions, benefits and reporting.
• Prepare, review, and track union reports, certified payrolls, and remittance documentation.
• Support payroll tax analysis, reconciliations, and quarterly/year-end filings.
• Assist with internal payroll reviews and time-sensitive issues.
• Support quarter-end and year-end close, including W-2 validation and audit support.
