Job summary

Stride, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage the full payroll cycle for a remote team, using Workday and OSV. The role requires attention to tax compliance, multi-state payroll processing, and timely resolution of employee inquiries via a ticketing system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma OR GED and 5+ years payroll experience.
• Three (3) years Workday payroll experience OR equivalent mix of education/experience.
• Ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing for biweekly multi-state employees using Workday and OSV.
• Reconcile payroll periods and calculate prorated wages/deductions.
• Ensure tax withholdings and local registrations are accurate and compliant.
• Handle tax notices and year-end activities; support ad hoc projects.
• Maintain payroll records in SOX-compliant manner.
• Respond to employee inquiries via ticketing system within SLA.
