Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Payroll Administrator for a fully remote role in the United States. You will process biweekly payroll for thousands of employees across multiple states, ensure compliance with wage and hour laws, and collaborate with HR, Benefits, and Finance to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience with multi-state payroll processing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Experience with bi-weekly payroll processing for large workforces.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll for 6,000+ exempt and non-exempt employees across multiple states.
• Analyze, prepare, and submit payroll data for new and current employees, deductions, taxes, and garnishments.
• Administer time sheets, resolve discrepancies, and handle special payrolls.
• Generate year-end reports (W-2, W-2c) and conduct audits for accuracy.
• Collaborate with Benefits, HR, Finance on payroll changes and inquiries.
