Paylocity, a leading cloud-based HR and payroll software provider in the United States, is seeking a Payroll Administrator. The role handles biweekly payroll for 6,000+ employees across multiple states, ensuring accuracy and compliance with wage and hour laws.

This fully remote position offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and a 401(k) match. The ideal candidate will have Paylocity HR & Payroll experience and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience processing multi-state payroll.
• Experience processing bi-weekly payrolls with more than 5,000 employees.
• Paylocity HR & Payroll, and Time & Labor a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and high level of attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and process biweekly payroll for over 6,000 exempt and non-exempt multi-state employees.
• Process in-house payroll including payroll data, benefit deductions, tax withholdings and garnishments.
• Administer and evaluate time sheets and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and process special payments and off-cycle payrolls.
• Respond to employee inquiries and maintain payroll records.
