Grow Therapy is seeking a Payor Partnership Support Specialist to join a remote-friendly team of 13–15. You will assist clinicians and clients via calls, chats, and emails, collaborating across teams to resolve issues and improve payor partnerships.

This fully remote role emphasizes empathy, accuracy, and proactive problem solving. You will work in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to grow and impact patient access to care, while supporting performance improvement and effective

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in customer support, healthcare billing a plus.
• At least 1 year assisting customers by phone, live chat and email.
• Able to pivot and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable to changing conditions and high-output work style.
• Detail-oriented with a can-do attitude and empathy.
• Experience with health insurance/billing and handling large databases.

Responsibilities

• Answer live calls, chats, and emails from clinicians and clients.
• Collaborate with Customer Operations to resolve roadblocks.
• Work with RCM and Engineering to fix bugs and billing issues.
• Meet with supervisor to discuss performance opportunities and goals.
