Equip seeks a Payor Partnership Manager to serve as a trusted partner for health plan clients, overseeing implementation, value delivery, and contract growth. You will collaborate with internal teams to optimize KPIs, support renewals, and expand into new markets, ensuring client satisfaction and strategic outcomes.

The role involves remote work with travel to client meetings quarterly and close alignment with marketing and patient acquisition to drive payor penetration and program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare payor partnerships.
• Experience with Managed Care Organizations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical ability to generate KPIs and insights.
• Knowledge of payer/provider landscape.
• Passion for Equip's mission.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple health plan partners from implementation through ongoing value delivery.
• Represent partner interests to internal stakeholders and provide product feedback.
• Lead day-to-day program delivery and drive program KPIs.
• Collaborate with Patient Acquisition & Marketing on payor penetration.
• Drive renewals, expansions to new markets and contract adherence.
• Prepare client meeting agendas and actionable reports.
• Ensure successful implementation and account management milestones.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
