Job summary

Grow Therapy is hiring a Payor Partnership Support Specialist to join a remote, highly collaborative team. You’ll support Payor Partner Clinicians and Clients, handling inquiries and triaging issues across billing and claims in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with a dedicated team and report to the Payor Partnership Support Manager, contributing to a mission to improve access to mental health care across the United States.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in customer support (healthcare billing a plus).
• At least 1 year of experience assisting customers over the phone, via live chat, and email support.
• Ability to pivot and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Adaptability to changing environments and high output expectations.
• High attention to detail and empathetic approach.
• Desire to work in a contact center environment and take initiative in problem solving.
• Experience with health insurance/billing is a plus and comfort with intense interactions.
• Intermediate technical understanding and experience with multiple tools/databases.

Responsibilities

• Answer live calls, chats, and emails from clinicians and clients.
• Collaborate with Customer Operations to resolve stakeholder roadblocks.
• Work with RCM and Engineering on bugs and billing issues.
• Meet with supervisor to discuss performance and goals.
