Job summary

Talkspace is seeking a Payor Success Associate to handle high-level payor contacts, back-office processes, and escalations while improving workflows. You will partner with the customer support and product teams to implement enhancements and share client feedback across departments.

We value detail-oriented, client-focused professionals with 2+ years in customer service and experience with Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, Zendesk, and Looker. This remote role follows Eastern Time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• 2+ years of professional experience in Customer Service.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, Zendesk, Looker.
• Attention to detail.
• Client-centric approach to work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle higher level of contacts and back-office processes, including Health Plan Support, Customer Success inquiries, unmatched clients/members, VIP escalations, internal escalations, and ad hoc items.
• Prioritize all incoming requests and adjust workflow as needed.
• Assist the customer support team with client/member facing questions, as needed.
• Identify, develop and implement processes to improve Talkspace services and internal workflows.
• Collaborate with product team to identify trending issues and propose solutions.
• Share client feedback and enhancement opportunities across departments.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
