Grow Therapy is seeking a senior strategy and corporate development leader to shape payor partnerships with major health plans in the US. You will design structures, negotiate terms, and stay with the program through launch and performance.

You will engage with co-founders, operations, product, engineering, and finance to shape strategy and drive long-range planning. Hybrid or remote work options are available with travel.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in strategy or corporate development fields.
• Experience with payor partnerships or healthcare a plus.
• Ability to structure complex deals and present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Decide what to build with health plans and design structured solutions.
• Lead commercial structuring, rate design, and volume commitments.
• Track performance post-launch and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with Grow's leadership across product, operations, and finance.
