Job summary

Equip is seeking a Payor Partnerships Manager to serve as a trusted partner for health plans, managing implementation through ongoing value delivery and expansion. You will collaborate across internal teams to lead reporting, analytics, and contract discussions, driving KPIs and optimal outcomes.

The role involves interfacing with marketing, product, and clinical teams, ensuring high client satisfaction, and supporting market expansion while embodying Equip’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 3-5 years of experience.
• Experience in mental health working with Managed Care Organizations.
• Proven experience owning and managing multiple concurrent relationships with a diverse client base.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
• Analytical abilities to generate program KPIs and insights for internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, payer and provider focused.
• Passion for Equip’s mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple health plan partners from implementation through ongoing value delivery.
• Serve as intermediary to represent partner interests to internal stakeholders.
• Quarterback day-to-day program delivery and drive program KPIs.
• Partner with Patient Acquisition & Marketing teams to execute payor penetration and growth strategy.
• Accountable for health plan satisfaction, renewals and expansion opportunities to new markets and lines of business.
• Produce and deliver high quality, actionable client meeting agendas and reports.
• Ensure client success by executing best-in-class implementation and account management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
