Job summary

Equip Health seeks an Account Manager for Payor Partnerships to serve as a trusted partner for health plans, driving retention, growth, and value delivery. You will coordinate with internal teams, manage reporting, and inform contracting conversations to optimize program outcomes.

The role requires building strong relationships, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to accelerate panel growth while ensuring outcomes align with partner goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience with mental health Managed Care Organizations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent relationships and deliver against project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple health plan partners from implementation through ongoing value delivery.
• Represent partner interests to Equip internal stakeholders.
• Quarterback day-to-day program delivery and deliver program KPIs.
• Collaborate with Patient Acquisition & Marketing to grow payor penetration.
• Ensure health plan satisfaction, renewals, and expansion to new markets and lines of business.
• Produce client meeting agendas and reports.
• Execute best-in-class implementation and account management strategies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
