Responsibilities

• Support multiple health plan partners from implementation through ongoing value delivery.
• Represent partner interests to internal teams for product feedback and operational design.
• Oversee day-to-day program delivery and ensure KPIs are met.
• Collaborate with Patient Acquisition & Marketing to expand payor penetration.
• Drive renewals and expansion opportunities across markets and lines of business.
• Prepare and deliver client meeting agendas and actionable reports.
• Ensure best-in-class implementation and account management strategies.
