Job summary

Equip Health is a fully virtual, evidence-based eating disorder treatment company. We are hiring a Payor Partnerships Manager to lead relationships with health plans, manage implementation, and drive value delivery, renewals, and expansion.

You will collaborate with internal teams to align on program delivery, metrics, and contracting conversations, while supporting growth in new markets. As an Equips Health team member, you will serve as a subject-matter expert for program delivery strategies,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience in mental health with Managed Care Organizations.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams to meet aggressive timelines with PM tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple client relationships.
• Deep understanding of payer and provider healthcare landscapes.
• Passion for Equip’s mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple health plan partners from implementation through ongoing value delivery.
• Represent partner interests to internal stakeholders, including product feedback and design.
• Orchestrate day-to-day program delivery and drive program KPIs.
• Collaborate with Patient Acquisition & Marketing to grow payor penetration.
• Drive renewals and expansion opportunities across markets and lines of business.
• Produce high-quality client meeting agendas and actionable reports.
• Ensure successful program outcomes through best-in-class implementation and account management.
