The Account Manager for Payor Partnerships serves as a trusted partner from implementation to ongoing value delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet client KPIs and ensure program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of experience.
• Experience with Managed Care Organizations.
• Ability to manage multiple relationships.
• Strong KPI and data reporting mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support health plan partners from implementation through value delivery.
• Bridge partner needs to internal teams (product/design/clinical).
• Lead program KPIs and day-to-day program delivery.
• Collaborate with marketing to drive payor penetration.
• Ensure renewals, expansion, and contract adherence.
• Prepare client meeting agendas and reports.
• Develop implementation strategies and successful outcomes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
