Qualifications

- Ability to analyze merchant statements and present solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and storytelling.
- Experience using Salesforce and Excel for financial analysis.
- Comfortable working with partners and merchants of all sizes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze merchant statements and translate findings into insights for partners.
- Craft narratives to close deals or win back opportunities.
- Join partner calls to provide payment expertise and support negotiations.
- Manage pipeline activity for partner-sourced leads.
- Collaborate with partner account managers and channel sales on strategy.
- Maintain Salesforce records and produce regular opportunity reports.
