Xplor Pay Direct Sales is hiring motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our growing team. This role offers 100% commission-based earnings with activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals.

Location can be remote, with field regional coverage and flexible scheduling to empower your entrepreneurial approach. Ideal candidates are natural communicators, comfortable with face-to-face selling, and experienced in B2B payments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate technical payment concepts into business value.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
