Job summary

Xplor Technologies seeks motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. This 100% commission-based role offers activation bonuses and long-term residuals, with полный control over time and income.

You will educate business owners, close deals, and earn monthly commissions on active accounts while receiving training and mentorship. This remote position supports flexible scheduling and national work rights in the United States.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience is preferred.
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
• Align with company values and integrity in all interactions.

Responsibilities
