Shopmonkey is seeking an Associate Payments Adoption Manager to help customers maximize Shopmonkey Payments and expand usage within their shops. The role requires deep knowledge of embedded payments and a collaborative, growth-focused mindset.

The position is remote, with California-based hybrid in-office expectations for collaboration, and offers equity and standard benefits. Fluency in Spanish is a bonus.

• Experience in a B2B SaaS and Embedded Payments environment.
• Ability and willingness to be a team player by collaborating and leading by example.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly professional demeanor on the phone.
• Desire to grow within the organization.
• Fluent in Spanish (bonus).

Responsibilities

• Prospect into the customer base through outbound/inbound efforts to maximize Shopmonkey Payments.
• Collaborate with Leadership to implement plans to grow shop volume and payments impact.
• Conduct in-depth rate analyses on internal and competitor rates.
• Become an expert in credit card processing for online and in-person transactions, sell card reader terminals and fintech solutions.
• Ensure customers are followed up with and successful in using Shopmonkey Payments.
• Develop knowledge of Shopmonkey core and Payments offerings and industry trends.
• Oversee CRM usage and data hygiene.
• Meet and exceed monthly quota and daily KPIs.
