Job summary

PNC is seeking a Virtual Payment Advisor to drive new business and expand existing client relationships in merchant services and treasury management for small businesses. The role offers a work schedule of M-F, 8:00 am - 5 pm PST, with potential remote work in select locations and occasional in-office collaboration.

• Experience in merchant services or treasury management sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and discuss Merchant Services and Treasury Management products with small businesses up to $2MM in annual revenue.
• Acquire, expands, and retains client relationships by presenting PNC solutions.
• Identify and implement innovative payment and cash management solutions to support long-term growth.
• Collaborate with branch partners to build a strong sales pipeline and meet targets.
• Manage customer interactions in accordance with CARES model and risk guidelines.
• Translate product capabilities into customized client solutions and cross-sell opportunities.
