Job summary

PNC is seeking a Virtual Payment Advisor to drive the sale and implementation of Merchant Services and Treasury Management solutions for small businesses. The role may be remote in select locations, with occasional in-office requirements and a focus on meeting quarterly revenue targets.

The candidate should have a proven sales track record in merchant services and treasury management products, with bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience selling Merchant Services and Treasury Management to small businesses.
• Spanish language preferred but not required.
• Virtual Payment Advisor role involves prospecting and selling MS/TM to small businesses up to $2M revenue.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, expand and retain client relationships by presenting a full range of PNC payments solutions.
• Provide insights to support engagement, loyalty and financial well-being for clients.
• Build internal networks to acquire and grow client base and coordinate with branch partners.
• Execute contact management strategies and review pipeline with internal partners.
• Develop understanding of the payments landscape and assess risk exposure for clients.
