Job summary

Xplor is seeking motivated sales professionals for its Pay Direct Sales team to offer payment processing solutions remotely within the United States. This 100% commission-based role includes activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals.

You will educate business owners, close deals, and work independently with full support and training. You can work fully remote in this position, provided you have eligible working rights and are able to be in the field of your team region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.
• Align with core values and be a good human.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
