Xplor delivers direct payment solutions through Xplor Pay Direct Sales, offering a 100% commission-based model with residual income and a flexible schedule. You’ll engage local businesses, close deals, and participate in ongoing training, with support and leadership guidance to maximize earnings.

Ideal candidates are driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with face-to-face selling, prospecting, and building relationships in a remote-first environment across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.

Responsabilités

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
