Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals while providing training and support.

Location is fully remote with eligibility to work in the field of your team region. You will educate merchants on payment processing, close deals, and earn income based on performance. Competitive benefits are available for full-time employees.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-sourcing leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
