Jobgether is listing a remote Payment Technician role based in the United States. You will process Employment Network (EN) payment requests, guide organizations on payment status and policies, and support data reporting in a structured, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has strong data entry, administrative support, and payment processing experience, with excellent written and verbal communication and high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in data entry, administrative support, or payment processing is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication, proofreading and editing abilities.
• Excellent organization and ability to handle multiple requests with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process Employment Network (EN) payment requests accurately within deadlines.
• Serve as a primary contact for ENs and related organizations for inquiries and policy questions.
• Review reimbursement and cost requests from ENs and State Vocational Rehabilitation Agencies.
• Support automated payments and maintain documentation of payment processing timelines.
• Ensure compliance with performance standards and service level agreements.
• Collect, organize, and summarize payment activity data for reports and metrics.
• Perform data entry, verification, and analysis across multiple systems.
• Provide operational support during peak payment periods.
