Jobgether is seeking a Manager, Financial Operations to lead payroll funding and settlement operations for payroll delivery across US networks. You will manage a team handling ACH, wire, RTP, and real-time payments, collaborating with Treasury, Accounting, and Engineering to automate workflows and reduce risk.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, process improvement, and accurate reconciliations in a fully remote U.S. environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership and coaching experience in a financial operations setting.
• Experience managing payroll funding, disbursement, and ACH/wire payments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Financial Operations Specialists for payroll funding and payment processing.
• Oversee end-to-end settlement across ACH, wires, RTP, and FedNow.
• Ensure deadlines for payroll disbursements and settlements are met.
• Maintain reconciliations, investigate payment anomalies, and manage risk controls.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Accounting, and Engineering to automate workflows and improve STP rates.
• Serve as senior escalation point for funding failures and banking outages.
