Job summary

OncoHealth is seeking an Associate Sales Executive to drive sales with health plans, MCOs, and commercial payers. You will nurture a small book of business (~10 payer accounts) and support the sales team within your territory, while assisting with proposals and CRM updates.

The role requires a healthcare-related bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in client-facing roles, with executive presence and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare related fields required.
• 3-5 years in client facing roles in healthcare sales preferred.
• Executive presence and strong interpersonal skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through outbound activities via phone, email, and social media.
• Perform outbound outreach to identified prospective clients for events and initial qualifying conversations.
• Serve as a right-hand to the assigned sales team to close deals.
• Participate in completion of RFPs for prospective clients.
• Track and report key metrics in the CRM system.
• Develop and own assigned prospect accounts and manage the sales process.
