Job summary

Western Alliance Bank is seeking a Payables Solution Advisor to support the commercial card and payables business remotely in AZ. You will coordinate enrollment packages, assist sales and account management, and help drive portfolio growth while ensuring accurate, compliant processes.

You will collaborate with Relationship Managers, Treasury Management Officers, Card Sales Officers, and clients to finalize enrollment, proposals, rebates, and related documentation, documenting activity in the CRM.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Financial Industry, Branch or Treasury Management Support, or similar field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with banking operations and compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client enrollment packages for commercial cards and payables.
• Assist sales and account management teams and support supplier enablement.
• Document activities in the CRM and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure enrollment, proposal, rebate, and documentation processes are compliant.
