Job summary

Western Alliance Bank, remote-friendly in Arizona, seeks a Payables Solution Advisor to coordinate enrollment packages for commercial cards and support sales and account management teams. You will help with supplier enablement, rebates, and portfolios with a focus on accurate, compliant processes.

You will partner with Relationship Managers, Treasury Management Officers, Card Sales Officers, and clients to ensure enrollment, proposals, and documentation are completed efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of related experience in Financial Industry, Branch or Treasury Management Support, or similar field.
• Knowledge of general banking operations including treasury management and commercial banking products.
• Knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations and industry standards.
• Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
• Occasional travel required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enrollment packages for new commercial cards and move-up programs.
• Support Card Sales Officers with proposals, rebate agreements and client-facing docs.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Treasury Management Officers and clients to finalize enrollment and documentation.
• Document activities in the CRM and maintain audit-ready records.
