Job summary

AstraZeneca plc is seeking a OneSource Support Specialist for a fully remote role in the United States. The position supports patients from onboarding through long-term adherence, communicating disease state information and access resources.

Occasional travel to Alexion sites may be required, with hours aligned to EST, and time zone considerations for the best coverage. The role emphasizes high-touch patient support, coordination with cross-functional partners, and adherence program management

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required.
• 3 to 5 years of Case Management or equivalent experience (e.g., healthcare customer service, insurance reimbursement).
• Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide onboarding and long-term adherence support to patients.
• Share disease state education and resources.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resources and external programs.
• Initiate Welcome calls and communicate BI results to patients and HCPs.
• Assist with financial assistance enrollment and reimbursement processes.
• Navigate CRM documentation and report adverse events.
