Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call center environment.
• Minimum of 1 year’ experience in the medical industry or familiarity with medical terminology.
• Experience or familiarity with respiratory equipment preferred.
• Strong data entry and organizational skills with daily task accuracy.
