Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call center environment.
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in the medical industry with familiarity with medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Handle 40-50 inbound calls per day with empathy and professionalism.
• Provide information and answer questions regarding services and orders.
• Accurately complete data entry tasks daily and in a timely manner.
