Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience and one year in healthcare/clinical setting.
• Bilingual is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume inbound patient and clinical calls (60-65 per day).
• Register new patients with demographics and verify insurance information.
• Schedule appointments per clinic guidelines and protocols.
• Assist patients with questions, refill requests or messages to providers.
• Provide timely, courteous service and maintain HIPAA compliance.
