Aveanna Healthcare in Austin, TX is seeking an Inbound Call Center Representative to be the first point of contact for our Patient Support Department. You will handle 40-50 inbound calls daily with empathy and professionalism, guiding patients with information about services and orders.

The role requires bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, a minimum of 2 years in a call center, and 1 year in medical settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call center environment.
• Minimum of 1 year’ experience in the medical industry/ familiarity with medical terminology (preferably with DME and Home Healthcare)
• High-school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Handle 40–50 inbound calls per day with compassion and empathy.
• Serve as the first point of contact for Aveanna patients and provide information about services and orders.
• Complete data entry tasks accurately and meet daily and monthly metrics.
• Participate in tailored training to learn new computer programs and software.
