Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call center environment.
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in the medical industry or familiarity with medical terminology.
• Experience or familiarity with respiratory equipment and respiratory-related patient support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle 40–50 inbound calls per day with compassion and empathy.
• Accurately complete data entry tasks daily and in a timely manner.
• Manage daily and monthly metrics and KPI goals.
