Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience.
• Ability to work full-time, Saturday - Wednesday with standard shift hours 11:30 am - 8:00 pm PST; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for patients; sets a positive tone.
• Exhibits empathy, courtesy, competence, efficiency, and care.
• Schedules appointments and procedures per guidelines.
• Uses multiple computer and phone systems to fulfill patient needs.
• Verifies patient information and documents in EPIC EHR.
• Advises patients on insurance and referral information.
