Job summary

Brightree by ResMed is seeking a remote Patient Success Representative to help patients receive essential healthcare products and support their therapy from home. You will handle calls, process orders, and coordinate with internal teams while maintaining high service levels and accuracy.

The role offers a 40-hour workweek, a start date in October, and a pay rate of $17 per hour with potential Spanish bilingual differential. A HIPAA-compliant home office is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 1+ year of customer service or sales experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of outbound calls to assist patients with healthcare supplies.
• Create and submit patient orders, update accounts, and manage multiple systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve patient and order issues.
• Meet productivity, quality, and service goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
